We are getting healthy with Flatout Hungry Girl Foldit Flatbread and giving away a $50 giftcard to Walgreens!

Congrats to our winner Mary Beth!
In my attempt to maintain my weight loss (30 pounds strong)  I am always on the hunt for new ways to eat healthy which is one of the reasons I really liked the idea of trying Flatout Hungry Girl Foldit Flatbread!

The HG-branded foldable figure-8 flatbreads — previously exclusive to Walmart — are now available at Walgreens locations nationwide! And each versatile, guilt-free flatbread has 90 – 100 calories, 1 – 2.5g fat, 290 – 360mg sodium, 15 – 20g carbs, 3 – 7g fiber.

And of course my kids will eat ANYTHING in rolled up form and they enjoyed  grilled cheese and peanut butter and Jelly  Hungry-Girlbranded foldable figure-8 flatbread sandwiches  you can check out how we made them right here.  Of course now that I’ve lost weight while I’d love to believe that I can go back to my old eating patterns- I understand that the older I get , the slower my metabolism gets and the more difficult it is to maintain a bottom that can slip into a pair of jeans without a crowbar. Which is why the only pizza you will find me eating is one that I can now HAPPILY whip up thanks to Hungry-Girlbranded foldable figure-8 flatbread sandwiches.

And the good folks at the Motherhood, who have asked me to take part in this Flatout campaign have also generously given me a $50 gift card to  Walgreens to giveaway to one lucky reader! For a chance to win this gift card leave a comment here with one way you are taking charge of your health in 2013. For a second entry you can Like Married my sugar daddy on facebook and for a third entry you can follow @MelissaSChapman on twitter and retweet this giveaway. Good luck. Giveaway ends February 8th!

This post is part of a sponsored campaign with The Motherhood but as is always the case all opinions are my own!

We started the year with a no fast food rule for the month of January to help us get back on track after the holidays, and we also started a new exercise plan. So far, so good! I need to pack lunch for work more often, and I forgot that I love the Flatout breads, so thanks for the reminder!

I’m doing this for me this time! About two years ago I lost 124 lbs. and then when life got rough taking care of my parents I gave up and gained it all back. I’ve started over again, and lost 24 lbs., putting me just under 400 lbs. I’m determined this time, and I’m doing this for ME, not anyone else. Thanks for the chance to win, I have to try these!

We started to “clean up” our diet and live smaller a few years ago and will continue that this year. My main goal this year is to reduce the amount of sugar we eat.

I am planning healthier meals, instead of trying to please everyone with my cooking. I’m cutting out the meat on some days, and adding in a lot more veggies (sometimes in sneaky ways). We’re doing fruit & veggie smoothies in the afternoon and walking more as a family. Thanks for the great giveaway! hstorm799{at}gmail{dot}com
